Returns and refunds
To keep our customers and staff safe, Let's Burble does not accept returns.ย We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If a package is returned to our facility, return package shipping costs are not covered by Let's Burble
Refused packages that do arrive back at our business will be reviewed by Let's Burble and are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee.
*Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit, shipping delays, orders forwarded or redirected in transit, insufficient/incorrect shipping addresses, or packages deemed undeliverable due to carrier's judgment, as well as accidental subscriptions, or late subscription cancellation requests. Packages that are returned to our facility with no communication to our service desk will not be automatically refunded. Refund requests must still be received within 30 days of the originalย order.

Approval of Refund
We will notify you once weโve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since weโve approved your refund, please contact us at support@letsburble.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
